MEET JACKIE

As parents, we happily focus on our children while keeping a mental checklist of the things we would like to do "someday." MY SOMEDAY PROJECT is a place where ideas, information and experiences are shared as we explore how we would like to spend our time now that our children are getting older: career, causes, interiors, fashion, fitness, food, family, friends, travel, pets—the options are endless and really exciting!

I began my career in public relations where I honed a variety of skills including: client development, event planning, marketing and press relations, just to name a few. I eventually moved in-house to lead a variety of communication and marketing initiatives at highly regarded firms such as Morgan Stanley, O'Melveny and PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC).

When all three children were settled in school, I decided to follow my passion and pursued a career in fashion as a remote stylist for a menswear subscription box. I was the top producer for many years and expanded my role to team leader where I trained and managed a team of stylists.

Now I'm combining all of my talents to establish myself as a lifestyle influencer focused on preparing for and embracing the (soon to be) empty nest phase of life with gratitude, humor, style and a little adventure.

I currently reside in Westport, Connecticut with my husband, three children and our family dog. My hobbies include fashion (of course!), as well as animals, boating, painting, reading, skiing, traveling, tennis and pickleball. I find that walking with friends is one of the best forms of therapy and a great source of material for MY SOMEDAY PROJECT!
